This recipe requires for very little ingredients. It is fast and super easy to make, yet so delicious.
12 Rice Wrappers
60gr shredded carrots
3 tablespoons fesh mint leaves
Half cup of fresh water
4 tablespoons Peanut Butter
30g grated Parmesan cheese
Cut all the vegetables
This will probably take the most of your time. Take a sharp knife and cut all the vegetables that you want to put inside the rice paper in thin slices.
Prepare the rice paper. Put a small amount of water in a plate and dip the rice paper in the water. Wait for 10 seconds, or until it becomes soft. Then it will be ready to roll.
Cut the Tempeh into long slices and cook it into a heatued sauce pan. Add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar to make it tastier.
Time to assemble all ingredients. Make sure every piece has a base, vegetables and protein. Our suggestion is to make different variations, so every spring roll will taste differently
Now roll the paper. Same as you would roll a burrito, Easy as that!
Serve with peanut sauce on the side. It will make this recipe much more delicious.
You can use a brush rack to hit the brush on. Otherwise you will become unpopular real fast. Let's just blend this little rascal here, ha! Happy as we can be.
